The flollowing dishes can be made within 15 minutes. They are
nutritionally balanced, and as usual, have a much lower fat and
cholesterol content than most of the conventional foods. Making
foods such as these will allow you to cut down on calories. We
are especially asking you to substitute healthy dishes for the fast
food such as hamburgers, hot dogs, and french fries.
